We are looking to hire a Sales Representative for our Auto Division, covering the greater Down Area, ideally living in Down.
Your Mission
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing Auto Division. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to clients in the industry, building strong relationships with customers and meeting sales targets while contributing to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
* Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed targets for your assigned territory.
* Promote Multi-Channel Offering: Promote services across Shops, Online, Telesales and Systems.
* Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Target new potential customers to drive sales growth.
* Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing business and growth potential.
* Product Knowledge: Develop knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate advice and tailored recommendations.
* Sales Demonstrations: Showcase products and services, provide detailed quotations and highlight benefits to secure sales.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to meet customer needs.
* Territory Planning: Plan and manage the territory in coordination with the Area Sales Manager to ensure maximum regional coverage.
* Order & Information Management: Maintain customer and order data using the in-house iPad "Speedy" system.
Eligibility Criteria
* Experience: Sales experience is desirable but a willingness to learn and eagerness to work is essential.
* Passion for Selling: Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service through sales.
* IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn and adapt to in-house systems quickly.
* Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
* Driving Licence: Full clean driving licence essential.
