We are looking for a Sales Advisor on an 8‑hour contract to join our adventure. The Atlantic Ocean, North Devon Coast and salty air inspire our brand. For over 30 years, Saltrock has been a British coastal lifestyle brand, delivering holiday, family, spirit and fun through iconic print designs.
Responsibilities
* Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
* Ensure customers have a positive experience, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring a healthy and safe store.
* Provide customers with information about products, including features, benefits and stock availability.
* Implement markdown or price changes within agreed timescales.
* Keep products tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed.
* Support merchandising according to our guidelines.
* Process deliveries.
Qualifications
* A warm and friendly manner that fits our culture.
* A passion for selling and interacting with customers.
* Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
* Competent at till operations and cash/card handling.
* Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.

* Above statutory holiday: 33 days per year (including bank holidays), plus an extra 2 days after 5 years. All holiday is pro‑rated for part‑time family members.
