Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner at our Cambridge Hospital, you’ll be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, such as NMC or HCPC, and bring relevant qualifications and experience. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will:
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
* Utilize state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
* Supervise, support, and develop junior team members.
* Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Create effective and evidence-based patient care and experiences.
* Have opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training.
