What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
* Serving as a pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
* Creating your own network of candidates through job adverts, job fairs, and professional networking sites, screening candidates for suitability
* Maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions to understand their specific SEN staffing needs
* Building a pipeline of cold and warm clients
* Utilising excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and nurture professional relationships through business development calls
* Identifying and attracting top talent within the SEN sector, ensuring the right match for both candidates and schools
* Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment landscape
* Supporting clients by providing daily supply staff using recruited candidates (temp desk)
Skills & Experience Sought
* Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, with a track record of fostering client relationships and expanding client base
* Preferably experience in a 360 recruitment role, managing end-to-end processes
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* A passion for the education sector, especially SEN, with a commitment to making a positive impact
* A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently when needed
* A commitment to professional development and industry trend awareness
* Sales experience, ideally B2B, with a minimum of 6 months
