This residential conveyancing team have experienced some impressive growth with new and existing clients.
You will be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive/licenced conveyancer) who has experience in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will be working on a busy caseload from inception to completion. Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, along with registered and unregistered land.
What You\'ll Need:
* Experience in residential conveyancing (appropriate to PQE level)
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage files independently or with supervision, depending on role
