As a Community responder you will carry out the following duties of a Home Care worker: Personal care Meal preparation and basic cooking Light household tasks Food shopping Companionship and emotional support In addition to the above duties, as a community responder you will also be expected to: · Complete care calls within all of the areas covered by Dale Care as directed by the coordinating team · Promote and demonstrate good practice in the community to other carers · Carry out observations of existing carers · Carry out shadowing of new carers, providing feedback to the training department · To assist with auditing documentation as and when required It's essential that all Dale Care Worker applicants possess the following qualities: · Self-motivated and well-organised · Caring and sensitive to the needs of others · Flexible · The ability to use your own initiative · Having the ability to communicate effectively What We Are Looking For Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
