About Our Client
Yorkshire based Housing Association, looking for an experienced maintenance manager to focus on their planned works.
Job Description
* To lead on the development and delivery of the Association's Homes Strategy ensuring it supports business plan values, success factors and objectives.
* Identifying and delivering a strategic approach to stock condition, asset data management, returns on investment and investment planning (planned maintenance)
* To support the management of development schemes and the performance of professional partners in the delivery of new developments.
The Successful Applicant
* Experiences implementing business and strategic plans and delivering results
* Experience of managing stock condition data
* Experience of undertaking return on investment asset appraisals
* Experience of managing construction and maintenance related projects from concept stage to practical completion and defects liability periods
