The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of the practice through knowledge of its finances, business development goals, its people and governance. The post-holder will provide strategic leadership and management to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment. The Business Manager will agree annual business plans and related action plans for people, finance and partnership working.
