What You’ll Do:
* Global Representative: Frequent national and international travel to represent Vitalograph at customer meetings and on-site visits as required.
* Demo & Train Specialist: Responsible for providing product demonstrations, on-site training, site activation, and other on-site activities as agreed, ensuring appropriate risk management.
* Internal Liaison Guru: Liaises with internal stakeholders to understand future products and services, creating plans for identifying learning needs, recommending, implementing, and evaluating training options.
* Customer Advocate: Fully address customer and user needs, ensuring proposed solutions/recommendations are properly understood, implemented appropriately, and evaluated against agreed deliverables.
* Product Expert: Maintain expert knowledge of Vitalograph’s products and services, providing expert advice to a range of audiences regarding their application.
* CT Training Contributor: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the CT Training service catalogue.
* Learning Architect: Design, configure, and test learning environments, including population of simulated databases and replication of external systems, interfaces, and assessment systems.
* Training Dynamo: Deliver product and system training to internal and external stakeholders.
* Evaluation Strategist: Specify methods, tools, and standards for assessing knowledge, skill, and behaviour of learners, and evaluate the impact of learning programmes against defined outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent Communicator: Strong written English skills.
* E-Learning Expert: Experience in creating e-learning modules and managing LMS.
* Organizational Whiz: Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Clinical Insight: Understanding of medical and clinical trials terminology.
Bonus Points For:
* Video Editing Skills: Knowledge of Videopads video editing software.
* Moodle Mastery: Prior experience with Moodle LMS.
* iSpring Expertise: Familiarity with iSpring authoring tools.
* Data Reporting: Ability to report data and metrics to management.
* Medical Communication: Experience in medical communications and development of learning materials.
* Educational Background: An undergraduate degree is a plus.
