Assistant Manager at Five Guys
to support the General Manager in leading the restaurant, developing team members, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities at Five Guys
* Supervise and support Shift Managers and Crew
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality burgers, fries, and shakes
* Create a professional, inclusive, and positive work environment
* Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
* Lead by example on the restaurant line and floor
* Assist General Manager in achieving financial and operational targets
* Manage P&L, driving sales while controlling costs
* Oversee daily operations and long-term planning
* Develop team members to build a strong talent pipeline
