The Role
You will oversee three Extra Care schemes across Blackburn and Darwen, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance and effective service performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing care teams
- Managing staffing levels and workforce planning
- Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention
- Building positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
- Monitoring performance and driving service improvement
- Managing budgets and operational performance
About You
To be successful in this Extra Care Scheme Manager role, you will have:
- Management experience within Extra Care, domiciliary care, supported living or community care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Experience leading teams and managing service performance
- Good commercial awareness and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
