We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Administrator to join our team in the North East (Billingham). This is an office-based, customer-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting order processing, customer queries, and day-to-day administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Processing customer orders from enquiry to invoice Handling customer queries and providing excellent service Managing inboxes and answering telephone calls Supporting stock control and data input Assisting with compliance and reporting tasks What Were Looking For: Strong communication and organisational skills A positive, professional approach Ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn full training provided Microsoft Office or Sage experience is desirable but not essential Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £22,000 £26,000 depending on experience Location: Office-based, North East England (Billingham) If you are organised, customer-focused, and looking for a varied administrative role, wed love to hear from you.
