We’re supporting a well-established national education franchise brand in their search for an Area Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of centres across London South (from Leatherhead through to the Bristol border). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role focused on helping centre managers succeed through guidance, structure, and practical support.
The Role
As Area Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to centre managers, balancing commercial performance with people-focused leadership. Your time will be split between centre visits and home working, with regular access to the Ealing office.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Coaching and supporting centre managers to improve enrolment and retention
* Driving performance against commercial and operational targets
* Advising on local marketing and promotional activity
* Ensuring compliance with brand standards and franchise agreements
* Using data and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities
* Building strong, long-term relationships across your region
About you
This role would suit either an experienced Area Manager or an ambitious graduate-level candidate ready to step into a development-focused leadership role.
You’ll bring:

Location & working pattern
* Contracted office: Ealing
* Region covered: London South (Leatherhead to Bristol border)
* Working model: Hybrid (2 days per week), with regular centre visits expected
Salary
* Graduate / entry-level: £24,000 – £25,000 per annum
* Experienced Area Manager: £30,000 per annum, rising to £32,000 after probation
