The RoleThe ERP Business Analyst (Business Central) will play a key role in supporting the business through go-live and hypercare for an upcoming rollout within one of our UK entities. Following hypercare, the role will support the wider ERP team in delivering the D365 roadmap, ensuring a smooth transition across requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and data migration.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ERP team at Lowe and contribute to the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, and Field Service solutions.
This is a 12 month contract position, with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide hands-on support to new users during go-live and hypercare, including issue resolution in collaboration with the internal ERP team and Microsoft implementation partners
2. Lead comprehensive business requirements gathering and translate requirements into functional specifications where development is necessary or providing solution utilising core functionality.
3. Support the design and configuration of D365 Business Central solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external developers
4. Participate in project delivery activities including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
5. Develop and deliver end-user training materials and training plans
6. Support data migration from legacy systems, including data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, and cutover planning
7. Ensure a controlled and seamless transition to new D365 systems
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
8. Experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementation or deployment
9. Ability to quickly understand business processes and solution functionality
10. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
11. Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Additional Information
12. Role will involve travel
