Position: IFA Administrator
Location: Caterham, Surrey
Minimum Requirements: 2 years+ IFA administration experience; 1st Software experience; XPlan experience ideal but not essential
Salary/package: Up to £32,000

Our client is a Top 20 Chartered Financial Planner & Employee Benefits firm, based in Caterham, Surrey. Due to expansion, this award-winning business has a requirement for a new IFA Administrator to join it's growing Private Client division.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Support Team Leader, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
* Assist the Adviser and paraplanning team with client research
* Provide the Adviser with support on pre and post sale work
* Check all applications and supporting paperwork and process these via product providers
* Manage the fee/commission expectations on the back office system for the clients being managed by the Adviser you're supporting
* To assist Advisers with diary management and appointments
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:
* At least 2 years' IFA administration experience
* 1st Software experience
* XPlan experience a bonus but not essential
