Export and Logistics Administrator

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Export and Logistics Administrator to join a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in international trade, providing essential support in order processing, invoicing, and overseeing shipments.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Prepare and issue quotes, proforma invoices, and purchase orders.
* Handle general administrative duties related to export logistics and sales.
* Liaise with international customers, maintaining excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Oversee all shipments leaving the warehouse, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
* Ensure all shipments are charged correctly and accompanied by the correct documents.
* Keep customers updated on the status of their shipments and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in export logistics and administration.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
* Proficiency in relevant software for order processing and shipment tracking.
