About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Provide financial insights to support business performance and decision-making.
* Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
* Support year-end and audit processes.
Requirements
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
