Location: Whitehead Private Nursing Home, 15-18 Marine Parade, Whitehead
Role: Care Assistant
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour. We offer a supportive team and career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
* Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
* Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
* Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship.
Requirements
* Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
* Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.
* Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
