The role As a Commercial Vehicle Specialist, you will have a genuine interest in commercial vehicles and an appreciation of the type of customer who purchases them. This role offers you the freedom to build your client base, and work closely with a variety of business customers, from small businesses right up to large scale contracts. Due to the nature of the role, you will be comfortable prospecting local businesses and making outbound calls, putting your relationship building skills to use. You will be comfortable in a B2B role, but don't have to have sold vans or cars previously to be successful as training is provided. Regular manufacturer knowledge updates give you everything you need to represent the brand with confidence. Who you are A real people person who builds rapport at all levels, with strong influencing skills and the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales Enjoys build long lasting relationships and gaining repeat business through professionalism and a drive for a great customer experience A commitment to adhering to process and procedure with strong attention to detail and good IT skills Experienced in B2B sales, with a resilience to make outbound calls and speculative visits who enjoys working in a target driven environment A self-starter who is organised and enjoys planning their own day What you'll do Working as part of a sales team, you'll be responsible for reaching out to local business customers to assess their business vehicle needs and converting these to vehicle, finance and insurance sales. You will manage the end-to-end business customer experience, ensuring options are tailored to business customer needs.
