Job Description
* Outbound Calling: Reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce telematics.
* Lead Qualification: Identifying business information, such as vehicles, needs, and requirements.
* Scheduling Meetings: Coordinating with sales desks, BDMs, and clients to arrange suitable meeting times for demos.
* Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed logs of conversations and appointment schedules, updating both enterprise systems and Salesforce.
* Follow-ups: Reminding clients of appointments and addressing any rescheduling needs.
* Post-Meeting Management: Updating records after meetings with BDMs and closing sales records.
Qualifications
* B2B lead generation experience.
* Salesforce experience preferred.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Social media experience, e.g., LinkedIn.
* Market knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Advanced negotiation skills.
* Persistence and resilience.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Professionalism and courteousness.
* Computer literacy for research and data entry.
