Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes, adhering to food safety standards.
* Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
* Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, ensuring quality and creativity in offerings.
* Maintain inventory levels for food and supplies, managing costs effectively.
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
* Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and production.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
* Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
