Responsibilities include: Owning and developing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts Being the main point of contact, ensuring clients are supported and satisfied Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects successfully Providing updates on account performance and insights to support client decisions Keeping up to date with industry trends to offer relevant advice The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
