About The Role
About the role
Key responsibilities:
* As a Support Worker, you will work with the service user to help them live life to the full
* Support the team to provide the highest quality, person-centred care and adhere to the PBS Plan.
* Assist the service user with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity.
* Support the service users physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security. Care will be carried out under the supervision / direction of a Team Leader and Senior Support Worker.
Ideal candidate:
* Caring and friendly nature to help create a homely environment for our service user.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Experience in a care background is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
