Project Support Officer – SEND Transformation Programme
Full-time and Part-time Available | £268 PD Umbrella
Hybrid working | 1–2 days per week in the office (Slough)
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our ambitious SEND Transformation Programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering meaningful improvements for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
You’ll be supporting a high-impact programme, helping ensure projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay engaged, and data drives better decision-making.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and updating project documentation
Tracking actions, risks, and milestones
Coordinating workshops and stakeholder events
Taking accurate minutes and following up on key actions
Supporting reporting and communication across teams
Managing your workload independently and proactivelyWhat We’re Looking For
Experience supporting projects or programmes (PMO, coordination, or admin support)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Experience working with stakeholders across teams
Strong data skills – able to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly
Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable:
