Job Description:
Leading and governing all quality activities in line with the Gated Work Transfer Process, involving machined aerospace components
Leading a team of NPI quality engineers and acting as the primary quality interface with external and internal stakeholders
Deploying NPI Quality strategies and internal quality systems. Including PFMEA, control plans, process flow, GD&T & Inspection strategies
Defining FAI strategy in accordance with AS9102 and customer requirements. This will include dimensional conformity & material and special process validationNPI Quality Lead
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Proven Aerospace manufacturing experience (CNC Machining is advantageous)
Team leadership experience
