About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our growing projects team within the Oil & Gas sector of the Company on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong background in drilling structures/equipment, topsides integration, and construction experience across the full project lifecycle, from survey, design and procurement through fabrication and installation activities. Key Responsibilities: Supporting Proposal preparations. Client Liaison. Preparation and management of Project Schedules. Manage Project deliverables. Coordinate with client and onsite construction teams. Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. Oversee vendor management. Support construction planning, work-packs, and site execution activities. Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Track project progress, risks, and change management. Provide technical support during site mobilization and throughout project duration Project close out. Project data pack completion / issue. Requirements: 5 years’ experience in drilling package engineering and construction / fabrication environments. Medical: To be physically and mentally fit for carrying out all duties and fulfilling responsibilities. Offshore Survival and Medical. Strong understanding of drilling equipment (top drive, drawworks, BOP systems, mud systems, etc.). Experience with project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills. Ability to work in fast-paced project environments with tight deadlines. Computer literate. Preferred: Offshore/site experience (shipyard, fabrication yard, or rig reactivation). Knowledge of industry standards (API, DNV, ABS, ISO). Project management certifications or training. Knowledge of SAGE. MS Word, Excel, MS Project and Sharepoint.
