Role Summary
We are offering an exciting Business Analyst Internship opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business analysis within a consulting environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to develop practical skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall project delivery while contributing to impactful client projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in conducting requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
* Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
* Contribute to Agile and Waterfall project activities by documenting and tracking requirements.
* Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate project outcomes.
* Conduct research and analysis to support project recommendations and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Interest in project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
* Previous academic or project experience in business analysis, consulting, or IT.
* Knowledge of BI tools or data visualisation platforms.
