We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join a well established and modern Accountancy Practice based in Bolton. As an Administrator, you will be responsible;
* Drafting client engagement letters
* Onboarding new clients
* Liaising with clients via email & telephone
* Credit control
* Supporting the team with invoicing
* Updating clients when tax is due
* Providing excellent customer service
* Diary management
* Emails & letter correspondence
* Managing meeting rooms
Salary from £25-27k depending on experience
What we are looking for;
* 3+ years administrative experience
* Prior experience working within an Accountancy Practice or within a professional services setting
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Confident on the phones
