About the role:
This role is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance. It provides an opportunity to gain broad knowledge across many areas of the customer journey and various teams. The team’s diverse experiences and skills foster an environment conducive to learning.
Working hours:
Based in the Milton Keynes office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the implementation of incoming orders with precision.
2. Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, and multiple user logins.
3. Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers.
4. Arrange hardware upgrades as needed.
5. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores and meet Key Performance Indicators.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is:
1. Located within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes.
2. Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
3. Experienced in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge.
4. Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
5. Highly organised with excellent coordination skills in a B2B environment.
6. Detail-oriented and accurate.
7. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
8. Ready to take ownership and ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
9. Eager to learn, develop, and adopt new skills and methods.
