We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to support the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Sport, working closely with the Executive Officer and as part of the wider Vice-Chancellor's Office PA team. You will be an integral member of the Vice-Chancellor's Office PA team, collaborating closely with colleagues while also providing tailored personal support to ensure comfort, efficiency, and readiness throughout the day. While the role is primarily within normal working hours, flexibility may occasionally be required.
We're looking for someone who can:
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Balance competing demands calmly and efficiently
* Communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
