We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced education setting in Poole.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children and young people aged 2 to 19 across both primary and secondary phases. Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Role
* Supporting pupils within the classroom to access learning
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and independence
* Helping to create a safe, structured and supportive learning space

Experience Required
* A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with additional needs
* A patient, reliable and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
