Customer Service Advisor
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Lettings Support Centre in Bournemouth. In this role, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Salary: £24,670

Key responsibilities:
* Providing property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords, and tenants
* Coordinating with contractors to ensure repair and maintenance works are completed on time and to standard
* Arranging statutory safety checks
Skills and experience required:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong administration skills
* Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
