* A proven valuation specialist with extensive experience gained in a leading professional services or advisory environment.
* Expertise across multiple valuation techniques, including DCF, multiples, options and intangible asset valuations.
* Strong leadership capability and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly at senior levels.
* Sound commercial judgement, underpinned by a deep understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
* Strong academic credentials and a relevant professional qualification (ACA, CFA or equivalent).
