Job duties: Build and lead a world class team of product analysts, coaching technical and strategic skill sets, especially in advanced analytics, applied data science, and modeling. Drive the data and analytics strategic vision within QB Desktop Product Data Science to maximize depth of insight, speed of decision-making, and pace of learning. Define the team charter and own the prioritization of work against that charter to maximize impact. Be a central analytics leader across cross-functional teams, driving analytics thought leadership and supporting business leaders in making key product and marketing decisions. Oversee the delivery of product measurement, experimentation, data enablement, dashboarding and reporting needs to product and go-to-market partners. Maintain and improve data infrastructure, working with data engineers to collect critical data from upstream sources, improve the durability of data pipelines, and construct data models to enable analytics use cases. Involves management of direct reports. May telecommute from home.
