Role:
* Own day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Amazon and retail media platforms
* Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to drive ROI and conversion performance
* Analyse campaign data to spot trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
* Build and maintain performance reports, turning data into clear insights
* Collaborate with internal teams and support client updates with actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in paid search or commerce media, ideally agency-side
* Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical mindset with proven campaign optimisation experience
* Confident using Excel / Google Sheets and campaign management tools (e.g. Skai, Pacvue)
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
