We have an exciting new opportunity for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Marketing Team. You will help shape the next stage of our growth by translating our marketing strategy for mybrakes rewards into actionable plans and engaging communications across relevant touchpoints. Your role will be data-driven and aligned with our commercial objectives, working closely with other functions to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience across key life stages such as onboarding, welcome, nurturing, growth, feedback, retention, and reactivation.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to contribute to and shape a best-in-class national customer rewards programme.
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage and update the mybrakes rewards communications plan across online and offline channels.
2. Coordinate the activation of rewards communications for customers and sales.
3. Create compelling copy and content for digital platforms, email campaigns, and social media to support campaigns, new offers, and customer life stages.
4. Collaborate with agencies to maintain content on the rewards platform.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
6. Work closely with teams across categories, sales, finance, communications, social media, agencies, and marketing.
7. Handle inquiries to the customer inbox.
8. Produce weekly competitor snapshots and detailed monthly reports.
9. Assist the Promotions Manager with website updates and customer email content creation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and deriving insights.
* Experience in planning and coordinating online and offline communications.
* Creative flair with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good analytical skills with understanding of social and digital metrics.
* Experience in monitoring campaign performance and reporting.
* Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential.
