Job Title: KS2 Outreach SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Greys Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-on-one or small group setting Develop individualised learning plans based on students' unique needs and learning styles Implement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve their academic goals and improve their overall educational experience Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network for students with SEN Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with children with SEN, specifically in the KS2 age group Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN educational practises and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff Proficient in creating and implementing individualised learning plans Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in learners homes All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
