What You’ll Do: Lead with Purpose: Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Elevate Performance: Develop training, feedback, and recognition programs that build confidence, enhance skills, and strengthen team engagement. Streamline Operations: Oversee daily clinic workflows, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure efficient, high-quality care while maximizing provider utilization. Drive Compliance & Quality: Ensure the clinic consistently meets healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices through proactive audits and quality improvement initiatives. Shape Growth & Strategy: Partner with leadership to expand services, increase patient volume, and implement strategic initiatives that advance the clinic’s mission. Champion Patient Experience: Optimize communications, address concerns with empathy, and create an environment where patients feel valued and cared for. Innovate with Tools: Leverage technology platforms (Google Suite, Athena, Paycor, Podium) to improve processes, enhance communication, and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate at Every Level: Participate in leadership and provider meetings, reporting on key performance metrics to guide strategic improvements. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field preferred; or 3 years of healthcare/clinic management experience. Background as a Medical Assistant (preferred). Familiarity with Google Suite, Athena, Paycor, and Podium (preferred). Certifications: BLS/CPR (required). Medical Assistant Certification (preferred). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, inspire, and retain strong teams. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to balance strategic growth with operational excellence.
