This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth organisation with an international audience and a strong reputation within its specialist market. You'll be responsible for driving paid acquisition performance across multiple revenue streams, working closely with commercial, content and marketing teams to deliver measurable business growth.
We're looking for someone who understands that paid media isn't just about generating clicks - it's about delivering pipeline, revenue and commercial impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels
* Planning, launching and optimising full-funnel acquisition campaigns
* Driving lead generation, audience growth and event registrations
* Managing campaign budgets and performance against commercial KPIs
* Developing compelling ad copy, messaging and campaign briefs
* Working with CRM and analytics platforms to improve attribution and reporting
* Testing new channels, audiences and growth opportunities
* Partnering with content, design, sales and events teams to maximise campaign performance
About you:
* 3+ years' experience in paid media or performance marketing
* Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
* Background in B2B marketing, events, conferences or exhibitions
* Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI from paid campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and attribution tools
* Commercially minded with a focus on pipeline and revenue outcomes
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
