We are currently seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Enfield, London.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
* Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
* Encourage student participation and engagement
* Support students in completing classwork effectively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working in London secondary schools
* Confidence leading groups of young people
* Strong classroom presence and the ability to keep students engaged and motivated
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, proactive, and professional approach
* Experience in theatre, sports coaching, performing arts, youth work, or similar transferable backgrounds is highly desirable
