£60K + Company car/ allowance
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee M&E engineering operations across a national portfolio of commercial sites. This role will provide technical support, ensure compliance, and drive high standards of service delivery across multiple contracts.
Key Duties
* Provide technical leadership for mechanical and electrical services.
* Support site teams with compliance, maintenance, and engineering standards.
* Review RAMS, permits, and critical engineering documentation.
* Assist with client meetings, technical issues, and operational improvements.
* Oversee critical works including shutdowns and switching activities.
* Support engineer training, development, and performance.
* Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
* Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and service delivery.
Requirements
* Strong Building Services engineering background (mechanical or electrical bias).
* HNC/HND or Degree qualified in Engineering or Building Services.
* Experience in a senior engineering or technical management role.
* Good knowledge of statutory compliance and M&E maintenance.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills. xsngvjr
* Experience across multi-site contracts preferred.
