Overview
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Nurse to join our client's busy mixed NHS and private practice near Kingswinford. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a well-established practice offering a broad range of treatments. The ideal candidate for this role would be a Dental Nurse with several years of experience, seeking to move into a new role.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients in person and on the phone in a friendly, professional manner and checking in patients for their appointments.
* Providing information about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.
* Managing nervous or anxious patients calmly and supportively.
* Booking and rescheduling appointments.
* Taking payments (cash, card, insurance claims).
* Updating personal details, medical histories, and treatment records.
* Processing patient registrations and consent forms.
