About The Role
Supporting the marketing team with the delivery of customer focused marketing activity and insight programmes as defined by agreed strategies and plans. Playing an integral part in the end-to-end planning, execution and analysis of events and their integrated marketing campaigns to help AAH achieve its key business objectives.
Bringing to life key campaigns across multiple communication channels including online, offline and events aligned to our strategy and key objectives, with an eye for detail and a laser focus on collaborative execution.
This Role is both Part time 4 Days a week and Full time 5 days a week!
Accountabilities
* Support in shaping and executing event-led marketing campaigns and customer engagement forums within a fast-paced environment.
* Support the end-to-end planning, execution and analysis of events and their integrated marketing campaigns to help AAH achieve its key business objectives.
* Help develop and deliver a customer forum program that brings our customers together to share feedback, insights, and best practice. Showcasing the business while connecting customer engagement, events, and insight into one joined-up program.
* Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables, from concept and planning through to execution and evaluation, across a mix of online and offline channels including but not limited to social media, PR, email, Mobile, Website.
* Arranging and managing the effective distribution of all marketing materials and collateral.
* Develop creative assets/ content to support all marketing channels: Website, social media, eCRM Marketing Cloud, Print and so much more.

About You
* Experience of delivering trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and corporate hospitality.
* Interest in customer insight, community building, and live or digital events.
* Experience of marketing campaign delivery across offline and online channels.
* Highly organised, with proven project management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. With a high level of attention to detail.
* Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Analytically curious to learn and make data driven suggestions / decisions in collaboration with team.
* Skilled at interpreting data and responding to it and finding opportunities to improve sales.
* Shares information in a clear and concise manner and can influence stakeholders and colleagues where necessary.
* Have a successful track record in the achievement of targets and objectives.
* Very strong networking both face to face and virtual teams.
* Results driven and a problem solver.
* Knowledge of design, print and production processes.
