Our client, a highly regarded law firm with an expanding presence in Kent, offers you the platform to lead high-value transactions, develop the practice, and deliver tailored advice to major clients and high net worth individuals. The Opportunity Join a collaborative, high-performing team with extensive sector expertise. You will: Lead on conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals Oversee portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing management Advise on secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers Act for landlords and tenants on leases, surrenders, agreements for lease, and management matters (licences to assign, alter, etc.) Support the corporate team with real estate aspects of share and asset sales and purchases Play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 10 years’ PQE in commercial real estate law Proven experience in landlord & tenant, portfolio management, and secured lending Track record of providing real estate support for corporate transactions Strong academic background and technical knowledge Commercial, analytical thinker able to deliver clear, practical advice under pressure Demonstrable business development skills and interest in practice leadership Excellent client relationship and communication abilities Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of service Benefits & Rewards Competitive salary: £100,000–£140,000 (DOE) Partner benefits and equity opportunities (discussed at interview) 30 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays Long service holiday award Private Healthcare after probation Scottish Widows Pension Scheme (5% employer/employee) Staff profit share & salary sacrifice options Life assurance (4x salary) & permanent health insurance Enhanced parental leave Subsidised gym membership & electric car scheme Agile/hybrid working & ‘Dress for your Day’ policy Location & Working Arrangements Based in Kent, with agile/hybrid working available Modern office environment and supportive partnership team Ready to Lead and Grow?
