Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role delivers high quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. You will work as part of a supportive team to create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
Responsibilities
* Support daily living activities including personal care, mobility and nutrition while promoting dignity and independence.
* Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to deliver safe, responsive care.
* Contribute to a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
* Work as part of a supportive team and communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements

* A reliable and positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
* SVQ/NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.
