Salary: £95 to £115 depending upon experience; this will become permanent for the right person. Salary: £13,151 (24 hrs) / £16,440 (30 hrs) – Grade C (3–5), pay award pending.

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable colleagues to support learners in Key Stages 1 and 2 across sites in Newbury and Thatcham. These roles are ideal for individuals with experience in SEMH and behaviour support who are ready to make a meaningful difference.
Role Details
* Thatcham: 24 hours/week (4 days)
* Newbury: 30 hours/week (5 days)
* Term-time only, with 44 paid weeks annually
* Grade C (3–5) salary band, based on qualifications and experience

This amazing school supports learners aged 5–19 who are unable to attend mainstream schools due to emotional, behavioural, or attendance challenges. With six sites across West Berkshire, they work closely with families, schools, and agencies to deliver flexible, personalised education that meets each student’s unique needs.
