What you need to know
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Contract type: Fixed Term for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis.
Location: Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in at least one of our offices or venues. Your base will be Commonwealth House, 38 Albion Street, Glasgow G1 1LH.
What you’ll do
As an HR Project Co-ordinator you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner. You’ll play an essential role in coordinating all project work, including equal pay activity, and working with the wider corporate services team to deliver flexible and proactive project support.
The role requires an ability to work collaboratively and influence diverse groups of managers, employees and stakeholders including trade unions.

We’re looking for some who has:
5. experience of working within a busy administrative role
6. knowledge of project management processes
7. great customer focus
8. the ability to prioritise workload under time constraints
9. In depth working knowledge of MS software packages
10. strong communication skills
11. An HND/C qualification in a related subject or equivalent relevant experience
Having knowledge and understanding of job evaluation schemes and previous experience of working within an HR Department would be beneficial but is not essential.
