QA Administrator – West Yorkshire – Healthcare – Perm
About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced QA Assistant/Associate/Administrator from the healthcare, FCMC or food industry to join an established company in the West Yorkshire area.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the approval process, ensuring accurate documentation and stakeholder communication.
* Report and investigate quality issues, working with the Compliance Manager to implement effective solutions.
* Monitor customer complaints, identify trends, and support CAPA activities to prevent recurrence.
* Maintain and update product and packaging specifications, responding to internal and external queries.
* Manage systems and technical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely information.
* Support product launches through coordination of technical and product specifications.
* Assist with change control, incident management, and CAPA tracking.
* Provide and manage technical information across internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct internal QMS audits and support compliance activities.
* Coordinate and perform mock recalls as required.
* Support the wider team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* QA experience from the healthcare, FMCG or food industry.
* GMP experience.
* Experience with NCR and deviation investigations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self- motivated.
* Good MS Office skills.
