Key Responsibilities
* Support the team, ensuring that you meet and exceed the required standards
* Provide and guarantee a consistently high standard of service to guests
* Resolve customer complaints regarding food/drinks service
* Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Place orders to ensure stock levels are correct and gross profit margins are achieved

* Experience in producing cocktail ingredients
