Job Description
The Transactional Finance Manager - Hybrid will be responsible for:
3. Reviewing and overseeing everything Transnational including sales and purchase ledger, Payroll and cash postings
4. Developing and mentoring a team of 5
5. Where possible improving processes
6. Enhancing and creating better working practice and system management
7. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of bank reconciliations
8. Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
9. Ensuing cashflow is managed efficiently
10. Taking a lead of year end Audit processes
11. Ad Hoc support for the FC
The Successful Applicant
The Transactional Finance Manager - Hybrid will:
12. Be ideally studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualification
13. Have previous team leader experience but not essential
14. Comprehensive understanding of efficient running of Sales and Purchase Ledger
15. Be a great communicator both written and verbal
16. Be able to commute to Milton Keynes when required.
17. Be able to work accurately to multiple deadlines
18. Have experience in and taken part in improving processes and practices
19. Be comfortable speaking to all seniority levels
